Jason Forjet

ANALYSIS
The Giants have been using Forjet as a reliever lately, perhaps believing that it would be the best way to advance him quickly through the system. He's allowed just one run over his last three appearances (7.1 innings) with a 10:3 K:BB and has been cutting down on the walks as well. Should he continue to pitch well out of the pen, the Giants might advance him to Double-A sooner than later, possibly even Triple-A should they want to keep him local and on the same throwing schedule. Fantasy-wise though, his value is far off in the distance.
