Summers surprised many earlier this year by quitting the team, as Georgia Tech's coach Paul Johnson essentially said "he didn't want to play anymore". Instead of ending his football career, Summers has decided to transfer to Georgia Southern, where he'll immediately be eligible to play considering he's already graduated. Summers finished his junior year at Georgia Tech with 178 yards and two touchdowns on 12 receptions. The 6-foot-1 wide receiver will have a chance to establish himself as the team's number one receiver when fall camp begins.
