Zaire will get a chance to compete with Everett Golson for the Fighting Irish's starting quarterback job in 2014, the South Bend Tribune reports. I know were always in this rush to move to Everett, but I just want to caution everybody that we have, I think, a very good quarterback in Malik Zaire as well, Fighting Irish head coach Brian Kelly said. Im not ready to hand everything over to Everett. I love Everett. He played in the national championship game (after the 2012 season)."
