Richmond is the top Washington State running back on the depth chart as long as James Montgomery is out, but there isn't much value to be had here. He might not be able to hold off his younger, more athletic competitors from taking his spot this year, and the Washington State offense won't get Richmond the ball around the goal-line too often.
