Dawn had a mere four catches for 57 yards in 2018, but because of graduations, he's the third receiver on the depth chart, at least for now. That means you probably won't have to pay much attention to him. It's been years since even the top receiver for UTEP has been fantasy relevant. This has been a bad passing offense for years, and there is nobody at quarterback likely to change that this season. When getting double-digit catches or 100 yards would be a major uptick for you, fantasy players aren't going to pay you much mind, especially in an offense like this one.
