Missouri's running backs were plagued by injury in 2011, but even with a group of players that struggled to stay on the field, McGriff-Culver still only had 16 carries. He did actually perform well in the little time he saw, averaging 6.9 yards per carry. However, that was mainly in garbage time. Missouri graduates De'Vion Moore and Henry Josey might miss the season after that nasty knee injury, so JMC could emerge as the team's top backup to Kendial Lawrence.
