Tooley is all potential at this point, but he's still a prospect that Wyoming has high hopes for. He caught seven passes for 115 yards and a touchdown in limited time last year, but the starting spot seems to be exlusively in his hands at this point and he has the size to be a reliable red-zone option for quarterback Austyn Carta-Samuels.
