Hoke is a backup on the defensive line and does not carry much weight in the fantasy leagues. He recorded a career-low four tackles in 2009.

Hoke will backup Hampton at nose tackle and, regardless of whether or not he is able to find any time on the field, has no fantasy value.
The "Hokey Dance" will continue in Pittsburgh following the team's decision to extend Hoke a four-year, $6 million deal in the offseason. Backing up starter Casey Hampton, Hoke plays only when Hampton needs a breather. As a result, he offers little in the way of fantasy value.
Hoke proved to be a capable backup to starter Casey Hampton in 2004. When Hampton went down with a season-ending injury against Dallas in Week 6, Hoke stepped in and the Steelers' defense barely missed a beat.
With the return of Casey Hampton, Hoke is likely to have a reduced role in 2005. He filled in seamlessly for the All-Pro nose tackle the last three months of the 2004, recording 24 tackles and one "Hokey-Pokey" sack dance.
