Ken Dorsey

He will compete for the starting QB position for the Browns and could see some significant playing time during the season, but the reality is that he most likely will not earn the No. 1 spot on the team.

He is competing for the No. 2 spot on the team. He will have some fantasy value if he can secure the position considering second-year player Charlie Frye could falter having so little experience.

Dorsey got into a few games during 2004 but showed why many did not think he was NFL-material with his poor performance. He has increased his strength this past offseason; throwing the ball with more authority and velocity, and will be in a battle with Cody Pickett to be the 49ers' third quarterback.

Dorsey spent 2003 learning the team's complex offense and adding 20 pounds of muscle. He has increased the velocity on his passes and will enter camp as the team's #2 QB. If Tim Rattay is unable to return from his torn adductor muscle before the start of the regular season, Dorsey will step in as the #1 QB. Due to the team's inexperience at WR and changes on the offensive line, he is not a recommended starter, but is worth a look in deep or keeper leagues.

Dorsey's college resume didn't impress the NFL clubs on draft weekend, as he wasn't selected until the seventh round (241st overall pick). Obviously, he's considered a project for the 49ers.
