After re-signing with the Bears on a one-year deal in February, Garza will be locked in as the starting center in 2014. Though no longer considered a top talent at his position, the 35-year-old is still plenty effective in the trenches both as a pass-protector and run-blocker.
The reliable veteran started all 16 games in 2012 for the sixth time in the last seven years and should be poised to do so again as the No. 1 center on the depth chart.
