RotoWire's Preseason Outlooks

2015

There was no outlook written for Morten Andersen.

2004

Itís rare that a kicker scores more on extra points than field goals, but Anderson achieved that with the powerful Chiefs offense. In two seasons with in Kansas City, Anderson is averaging 111.5 points (7.4 ppg) despite attempting only 46 field goals. The Chiefs wonít be slowing down in 2004, so Anderson should pad his scoring with PAT. Itís worth noting that he will turn 44 in August.

2003

The 21-year veteran experienced a renaissance in 2002, achieving more than 100 points (117) for the first time since 1998. He kicked 22 of 26 field goals and benefited from the league's most prolific offense, connecting on 51 extra points. As long as the Chiefs continue their offensive production, Anderson will have value. There's still some question about Priest Holmes' hip, so keep an eye on that before selecting Anderson.
