The Ravens signed Kemoeatu on Wednesday, the Baltimore Sun reports.
ANALYSIS
Kemoeatu, who missed the entire 2009 season with a torn Achilles’ tendon, also did not play all last season. However, he has played 121 career games and recorded 238 tackles (185 solo).
