Hagan, who finished Week 17's loss to the Colts with two catches for 16 yards, recorded 19 catches (on 33 targets) for 254 yards and a touchdown in 2014.
ANALYSIS
Hagan took on a bigger role once Justin Hunter went down with an injury but he still offered minimal fantasy value overall. The 30-year-old wideout will enter free agency ahead of the 2015 season.

Week 17 always means that certain playoff teams (and non-playoff teams to boot) will bench their starters. So Dez Bryant will be among the handful much lower in the rankings than usual this week.

Would provide Tennessee with a veteran depth presence at wideout, if he cracks the team's final roster.
Hagan caught 20 balls for 259 yards as a member of the Raiders last season, but the team decided not to bring him back this offseason. He has yet to sign with a team for 2013.
Hagan's name has come up as a possible candidate for the open No. 2 receiving job opposite Stevie Johnson. While Donald Jones probably has the best bet at that job and a few of the Bills' other youngsters offer more upside, Hagan could get his shot with a strong summer. Don't get too excited - he's had other chances elsewhere and has never put up more than 373 receiving yards in a season - but he's got some decent experience in the league. Whomever wins the job would at least have some sleeper value in Buffalo's pass-friendly attack.
Should land a job as the fourth or fifth receiver now that Domenik Hixon is out for the season.
Will vie to make the team as a reserve wide receiver.
Hagan logged a few decent games at the end of last season and should be Miami's third or fourth option at wide receiver heading into 2008. Still, it's unlikely he'll be consistent enough to merit being drafted, though he could be a decent bye-week filler in deeper leagues.
Going into 2006, the No. 3 job appeared to be Hagan's to lose when camp started, so impressed was the staff with the then-rookie's raw ability. Hagan was then charged with improving his route-running and blitz pickup before having the chance to get any extended looks in real game situations. In the limited play he did get in 2006, he dropped eight of the 21 passes thrown his way. Now, heading into 2007 training camp, Hagan has impressed the new coaching staff with his development over the offseason. With Wes Welker gone and Ted Ginn Jr. not 100 percent healed from an ankle injury suffered in January, Hagan's natural talent alone should earn him some looks at No. 3. He's not worth serious fantasy consideration at this point, but keep him on your radar.
Hagan is a bigger receiver with the fastest time over ten yards of any of the Dolphins' receivers. He projects as a No. 2 in the future, but for now, he'll compete with Wes Welker for the third spot.
