Stuckey signed a two-year, $3.5 million deal with Arizona on Friday, Yahoo! Sports' Jason Cole reports.
ANALYSIS
If the Cardinals think Stuckey can replace Steve Breaston, disappointment likely awaits. After averaging less than 10 yards per catch and failing to catch a touchdown in Cleveland last year, injury concerns with Early Doucet might be the only way Stuckey makes the final roster.

Stuckey will provide a veteran presence for the Cards' wideout corps, but with Arizona looking to get younger at the position, expect Andre Roberts, Early Doucet and even Stephen Williams to be given every opportunity to flash their skills with Kevin Kolb under center. Stuckey likely won't see enough playing time to warrant considerable fantasy attention.
He will compete with Brian Robiskie for the Browns' No. 2 receiver spot.
With the departure of Laveranues Coles, Jerricho Cotchery is the only sure thing among the Jets’ wideouts. Stuckey, who faces competition from the likes of David Clowney and Brad Smith, was running with the team’s starters in the spring, and at the very least, he should be a useful slot option in a run-heavy offense that will be helmed by an inexperienced QB, either Mark Sanchez or Kellen Clemens.
Here's a very deep sleeper to keep an eye on; Stuckey didn't look bad in 2007's camp, but a foot injury wiped out his season. Let's see if the buzz returns this summer at Hofstra.
It looks like he'll stick as one of the bottom receivers, but this isn't another Marques Colston story waiting to happen. Ignore Stuckey for now, he's a project.
