Exclusive Fantasy Analysis (FREE PREVIEW)Coming off a breakout, eight-sack season in 2013, Worilds is locked in as the starting right outside linebacker as he heads into a contract year. The Steelers don't have particularly good depth at the position, with Worilds backed up by Arthur Moats, Chris Carter and Vic So'oto.
Exclusive Fantasy Analysis (FREE PREVIEW)Worilds has increased his sack count in each of his four seasons, culminating in eight across 15 games last year. He supplemented his line with 63 tackles (43 solo), two forced fumbles, and two passes defended. The aforementioned one-year deal guarantees that no other organization can extend an offer sheet his way, while displaying that he's a key cog in Pittsburgh's defense.
Exclusive Fantasy Analysis (FREE PREVIEW)The transition tag for linebackers is worth $9.754 million. RotoWire's Preseason Outlooks
Worilds finally will have an opportunity to start for Pittsburgh in 2013. He has shown solid pass rushing skills, increasing his sack total each of his three years in the league.
Worilds showed promise in 2011 spot duty, recording 38 tackles and three sacks across 12 games with seven starts. With all the health concerns to the Pittsburgh linebacker corps, he figures to find his way into the rotation with James Harrison, LaMarr Woodley and Chris Carter.
Selected in the second round of the 2010 draft, Worilds was a defensive end in college. He will be converted to linebacker with the Steelers. Pittsburgh has plenty of experience and talent at this position, so Worilds has time to develop and learn the game at the team's pace.
