RotoWire's Preseason Outlooks

2014

There was no outlook written for Sam Madison.

2008

The time machine worked for Madison in 2007. He had one of his best seasons by picking off four with 67 tackles and a sack. Madison will start at corner for the Giants again in 2008 and should be able to snag a few picks. Corey Webster could push him for the starting job before long, though.

2007

The Giants starting right cornerback, Madison has lost a step from his Pro Bowl days in Miami. He's good for a couple picks and 50 tackles, which makes him unworthy of IDP consideration in all but the deepest of leagues.

2006

The former Pro Bowler will be the Giants' starting right cornerback. Madison might have lost a step, but it's also possible that his declining production last season was due to Nick Saban's new system in Miami. Madison has better hands than the departed Will Allen, and he should see a spike in picks as the Giants pass rush is sure to force many poor throws.
