RotoWire's Preseason Outlooks
There was no outlook written for M.D. Jennings.
Jennings was given the opportunity to assume full-time duty at one of the safety spots for the Packers last season, and although he racked up 74 tackles, he was non-tendered in the offseason after failing to create many turnovers. He latched on with the rival Bears on a one-year contract in the offseason, but he landed on IR.
Jennings will compete for the starting strong safety spot with Jerron McMillian. He started 10 games at the position in 2012 and returned his only official interception last season for a touchdown.
Jennings will provide depth at safety in 2012.
