Harmon, set to hit free agency, recorded 16 tackles, including 1.0 sacks, two passes defensed and one interception in four regular-season games for the Browns in 2023.
ANALYSIS
Harmon was a nice November pickup for Cleveland and played key December snaps when the Browns locked up their postseason berth. The 33-year-old has tons of NFL experience, including three Super Bowl rings with the Patriots. He'll find a home in 2024 if he wants to continue playing.

Harmon started all 17 games for the Falcons last season before his transition to Las Vegas in March, but at 31 years old, he's now slated to provide depth at safety behind starters Trevon Moehrig and Johnathan Abram.
Harmon performed admirably as a full-time starter with the Lions last season, registering a career-high 73 tackles while logging a fourth straight year with at least two interceptions. Generally a part-time player in seven seasons with the Patriots to begin his career, he proved to be up to the task as a No. 1 safety and is expected to reprise a similar role in the Falcons' young secondary in 2021.
After years of serving in a non-starting role with New England, Harmon was acquired by the Lions this spring to help replace what Detroit lost after trading away Quandre Diggs and letting Tavon Wilson walk in free agency. While 2019 third-rounder Will Harris will challenge the veteran for the starting job, the Lions' affinity for three-safety packages should provide plenty of snaps for each of those two alongside Tracy Walker - especially with Jayron Kearse suspended for the first three games of the season. If everything falls right and Harmon logs a majority of the available snaps, it's possible he could surface on the IDP radar with his new team.
Though Harmon logged just 23 tackles last season, he showed some ball-hawking ability by snagging four picks. He's durable and steady, but off the IDP radar as long as fellow safeties Devin McCourty and Patrick Chung remain healthy.
Harmon served as the Patriots' top reserve safety behind Devin McCourty and Patrick Chung in 2016, finishing the season with 29 tackles and two passes defensed, including an interception, while playing in all 16 regular season games. At one point viewed as a major reach when the Patriots drafted him 91st overall in the 2013 NFL draft, the 26-year-old has solidified his standing in the team's secondary and figures to continue to see his share of snaps in the Patriots' sub defense packages in 2017.
Harmon, who recorded 12 tackles and a pick in 16 games last season, reprises his depth safety role behind likely starters Devin McCourty and Patrick Chung.
The Rutgers product recorded 31 tackles and two picks in 15 games last season, three of which he started. With Steve Gregory having been let go by the Patriots, the 2013 third-rounder would appear to have the early edge at landing a starting safety gig this season. To secure the job, he'll have to hold off Patrick Chung, Tavon Wilson, Nate Ebner and possibly cornerback Logan Ryan.
Surprisingly selected in the third round of the 2013 NFL Draft, 91st overall, Harmon clearly possesses some traits that the Patriots value. As a rookie, he slots in as a reserve strong safety.
