Bradley Roby: Past News Updates ( ▲ View most recent update )
Exclusive Fantasy Analysis (FREE PREVIEW)Roby, who was the 31st overall pick in May's NFL draft, is slated to earn roughly $7 million over his four-year deal, which also includes a fifth-year option. With Chris Harris still working his way back from a knee injury, Roby has a chance to emerge as a starter at cornerback as a rookie for the Broncos, opposite Aqib Talib.
Exclusive Fantasy Analysis (FREE PREVIEW)Roby wasn't a great fit for the coverage schemes used by Ohio State, but he has the athleticism and man-to-man skills necessary to excel in the NFL. He'll be valuable insurance behind Chris Harris, who's recovering from an ACL tear, and the injury-prone Aqib Talib. It shouldn't surprise anyone if Roby turns into a strong starting cornerback within a year or two.
RotoWire's Preseason Outlooks
There was no outlook written for Bradley Roby.
Taken with the 31st overall pick in the 2014 draft, Roby is expected to start on the opposite side of newly-acquired Aqib Talib. He'll certainly get some competition from Chris Harris, although the latter is recovering from a torn ACL. Roby could be a heavily targeted corner this season because of Talib, which will put the spotlight on him to make plays.
