Richie Regehr

Regehr got a fair amount of playing time in Calgary in 2005-06, getting two assists in 14 games. He will compete with Brad Ference for the seventh defenseman spot on the Flames, but with injury-prone Roman Hamrlik and Rhett Warrener on the roster, it's likely Regehr will make the team no matter what. Thus far, it does not appear Regehr is much of a scorer, but he is only 22, so some experience could do him good.
