RotoWire's Preseason Outlooks

2014-15

There was no outlook written for Michael Garnett.

2007-08

He had 23 wins a 3.03 GAA and 0.899 SV% with Chicago (AHL) last year. Although he did make a bit of a splash in a surprise call up in 2005-06, we can't see any situation where he would get time on the big club his coming year.

2006-07

Garnett was never supposed to be playing in Atlanta last season but injuries to Steve Shields, Mike Dunham and Kari Lehtonen resulted in the surprise call up of the 24 year old Garnett. After 24 games, in which he played much better than many expected (10-7, 3.45 & .855) he was returned to Chicago (AHL) for the remainder of the season. This year hes back with the Wolves and just like last year the only possibility for playing time is with injuries to Lehtonen, the newly acquired Fred Brathwaite and Johan Hedberg.
