RotoWire's Preseason Outlooks

2014-15

There was no outlook written for Tie Domi.

2005-06

He's definitely a fan favorite but not a fantasy favorite. He plays the role of the heavy well and earns precious penalty minutes for you, but too often he has to fight the young up-and-coming enforcers who want to say they fought and held their own (or beat) the great Domi. At 35, he's too old for that crap. The one thing he is good at is voicing his opinions and he was front-and-center in the revolt against the hiring of NHLPA boss Ted Saskin. If the mouth runs too much about that type of stuff, he could prove to be harmful in the dressing room which will impact your better Leaf players.
