RotoWire's Preseason Outlooks

2014-15

There was no outlook written for Jeff Hamilton.

2007-08

One of his biggest contributions to the team will be in shootouts, a sore spot in Carolina last season. Hamilton converted half of his 10 shootout attempts last year; the 'Canes as a whole lost all five of their shootout games. But shootout goals don't generally count in fantasy leagues. Expect something on the order of 20 goals, 40 points, and very few penalty minutes.

2006-07

Could see plenty of time at Norfolk in the AHL.

2005-06

Hamilton has been a decent scorer in the AHL in his three seasons there. However, at 5-foot-10, he's struggled to make it in the NHL, and will continue to struggle this year. Besides an occasional call up due to injury, expect him to reside in the AHL again.
