RotoWire's Preseason Outlooks

2014-15

There was no outlook written for Oskars Bartulis.

2011-12

Bartulis' 2010-11 campaign was shortened in February with a dislocated shoulder that required surgery to repair. In the 13 games he actually dressed for, Bartulis failed to manage a point and turned in a lackluster rating of minus-4. He played for the Latvian national team this summer, indicating that he's healthy, but he's still likely to be one of the last blueliners to make the Flyers' roster out of training camp.

2010-11

The 23-year old appeared in 53 games last season for the Flyers while only seeing the ice seven times in the postseason. He at best figures as a fourth-line defenseman this season without much fantasy value as he doesn't contribute much to the box score.
