Duchesne made his NHL debut Thursday in relief of Brian Boucher, stopping three of four shots in a loss to the Islanders.
ANALYSIS
Boucher's ineffectiveness may help get Duchesne some playing time, but it's tough to say what the rookie will be able to do with it. He owns a 2.94 GAA and .899 save percentage in four AHL games this year.

Duchesne hasn't managed to get his save percentage above 90 in his last two seasons in the gritty NLAH, so don't expect to see him in the NHL any time soon.
Duchesne played one game for the Flyers in the 2009-10 season and posted a .750 save percentage. Since then he hasn’t made much of a splash and is very unlikely to see any time in the NHL this season. He's spent the last two seasons with St. Georges of the Ligue Nord-Americane du Hockey (LNAH).
Duchesne played in just one game for the Flyers last season and will enter the 2010-11 campaign fairly far down the depth chart. He's played just four career games at the AHL and posted a 3.20 GAA in 24 games in the ECHL last season. He'll need a breakout at training camp to be even close to fantasy relevant om 2010-11.
