In just his second season with Brandon Wheat Kings of the WHL, Richard Nejezchleb earned the attention and fifth-round pick of Glen Sather and company. In 66 games with the Kings, the Czech Republic junior star nearly tripled his total goals and more than doubled his total points while still managing to log 75 penalty minutes. Although the minus-12 rating leaves a bit to be desired, the 6-foot-2, 20-year-old right-winger is far from AHL-ready, much less NHL-ready.
