Greenway was brought in by Boston from Toronto on Monday for future trade considerations, CapFriendly reports.

ANALYSIS
The Bruins are only buying themselves some extra negotiating time, as Greenway needs to be signed by Aug. 15, 2021 or he will become an unrestricted free agent. In 14 games with the University of Maine this past season, the 23-year-old blueliner notched two goals and three helpers. Even if he does sign with Boston, Greenway should be expected to spend some time in the minors further developing his game.
