Flanagan could return from his knee injury by Christmas, manager Brendan Rodgers said Friday.

Flanagan has not played since featuring for England back on June 4, 2014, with his latest surgery coming back in April of this year. Given the length of his absence and how long it'll take him to regain match fitness, Flanagan is unlikely to be available until possibly March.
