Salah supplied the deciding goal in Fiorentina's 1-0 win over Inter Milan on Sunday.

Salah has fared wonderfully since arriving in Florence, as the former Chelsea man has now tallied four goals and an assist in six appearances for his new club. The Egyptian's latest contribution extended his scoring streak to three matches across all competitions, making the 22-year-old a player to watch as the Serie A season enters its final months.

Salah is expected to join Roma on loan for the rest of the season, with the Serie A club having an 11 million option to purchase him in the summer, The Telegraph reports.

Salah has been non-existant for Chelsea this season, and it's possible that he leaves just one calendar year after joining. His move is helping to open up the coffers for Juan Cuadrado, who Chelsea are trying to purchase from Fiorentina. Salah will not be given an immediate first-team spot in Rome, but he'll at least have a better shot at competing for playing time.

Salah was an unused substitute for Chelsea's 6-3 win over Everton on Saturday.

Saturday's match was the first time that Salah was named to the 18-man squad, and it's tough to see where he could get consistent playing time. As such, his fantasy value remains very limited.

Salah scored in the 71st minute of Chelsea's 6-0 romp over Arsenal on Saturday.

Salah's goal was his first since joining from FC Basel during the January transfer window. He may be able to garner a little more playing time in the near-term, although it's tough to see him getting many starts.

Chelsea have confirmed an agreement has been reached with FC Basel for Salah to join the Blues, according to Phil McNulty of the BBC.

Salah joins a crowded midfield, which added Nemanja Matic from Benefica just last week. However, with Juan Mata expected to be sent to Manchester United, there could still be room for Salah to see plenty of time on the pitch. He still must pass a physical, but there is no indication that it should be an issue.
