New Valencia winger Nani will miss the La Liga opener due to a ban carried over from the Turkish Cup Final.

After a mostly disappointing campaign, Valencia brought in a number of new faces including Nani to help return the club to UEFA play. Nani is definitely a player to keep an eye on this season as he'll find plenty of time in a younger Valencia squad.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Nani started all seven matches for Portugal during Euro 2016, tallying three goals on 23 shots, with nine on target, one assist on 18 crosses, 11 dribbles and nine fouls. He improves his international record to 20 goals in 103 caps. Portugal won Euro 2016 after a triumphant 1-0 extra-time victory in the final over the hosts France.

Nani had a stellar campaign with Turkish side Fenerbahce last season that led him to a Valencia transfer. The 29-year-old attacking weapon finished the season with eight goals, eight assists and 2.6 shots per game in 28 Super Lig appearances and will significantly improve a struggling Valencia squad bringing his high fantasy upside to La Liga.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Nani put in a pair of crosses and scored a goal on two shot attempts during Wednesday's 2-0 victory over Wales.

Nani was relatively quiet, but he was quickest to react to Cristinao Ronaldo's low driven ball in the 52nd minute, doubling the lead just two minutes after the latter opened the scoring. Nani has been a consistent offensive performer through six matches, with three goals and an assist, and he will look to keep it rolling in Sunday's final versus the winner of France and Germany.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Nani agreed to terms on a three-year contact with Valencia on Tuesday.

Nani is currently in France playing for the Portugal National team in the European Championships where he has tallied two goals and an assist. The 29-year-old will certainly add experience, 11 UEFA matches during the 2015-16 campaign, to a squad that finished in the middle of the La Liga table last season.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Nani assisted to Renato Sanches in Portugal's only goal of their 1-1 win over Poland after taking it in penalties Thursday. Nani was his dangerous self on the opposite side from Cristiano Ronaldo, finishing with five shots.

Nani has seemingly revived his career in the Euros, looking as dangerous as Ronaldo at times. Outside of Ronaldo, he's the best option to score for Portugal in their semifinal meeting against either Wales or Belgium. Nani has two goals so far to go with an assist in five matches.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Nani leveled the score at 1-1 for Portugal in the first half, but the scoring was far from ever in a game that ended 3-3 against Hungary. It was Nani's second goal of the tournament and he finished with four shots after being subbed out in the 81st minute.

Nani has kind of revived himself in this tournament, looking dangerous in every match for Portugal. He'll be needed against a Croatian side that is playing well. Outside of Cristiano Ronaldo, Nani is the most dangerous player on Portugal.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Nani took three shots, with one on target and one off the post in the highly upsetting Euro 2016 scoreless draw to Austria on Saturday.

Nani was very unfortunate to be denied his second goal of the tournament by hitting the side post of the Austrian goal. Nani is the only scorer for Portugal, thus far, in the tournament on a total of eight shots on goal and playing as a forward alongside Cristiano Ronaldo increases his fantasy upside immensely. He'll look to score more as Portugal are expected to put up another offensive raid against Hungary on Wednesday needing a win to go through to the knock-out stages.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Nani scored a goal on five shots in Tuesday's 1-1 draw with Iceland at the Euros.

Nani had an excellent chance in the opening half-hour, but was denied by the tremendous play of Hannes Thor Halldorsson; however, he did break through in the 31st minute for his third goal in his last six caps for Portugal. After a strong season at Fenerbahce in Turkey where he had 12 goals and 13 assists in all comps, he'll be the beneficiary of the extra attention drawn to his strike partner, Cristiano Ronaldo.
