Muntari, who was already suspended for Thursday's World Cup match against Portugal due to yellow card accumulation, has been suspended indefinitely by the Ghana FA for a physical attack on a FA executive committee member, ESPN FC reports.

Ghana must win big Thursday to have a shot at the knockout round, and even if they are able to accomplish the feat, Montari will be no where near the next round. Kevin-Prince Boateng was also suspended indefinitely Thursday for a verbal assault on coach Kwesi Appiah.
