Callejon scored a goal on seven shots, adding a tackle and two interceptions in Napoli's 3-0 victory over Hellas Verona.

The Spaniard has clearly taken it upon himself to contribute more to the attack after striker Gonzalo Higuain was ruled out for four matches through suspension.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Callejon took two shots, played five key passes and earned an assist in Wednesday's 2-1 win over Torino.

The Spaniard has been surprisingly quiet in Serie A play this season, with just two assists to his name, but he now has two goals and three assists in his last seven matches in all competitions and appears to be rounding into form. It is only a matter of time before he breaks his domestic goose egg, as he continues to start for one of the most prolific offenses in the league, and he will look to do so versus Frosinone this Sunday.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Callejon registered just 12 goals and four assists in a whopping 52 appearances in all competitions this season.

The Spaniard began the campaign on fire, collecting eight goals and one assist in his first ten league matches, but significantly slowed his pace after that due to a heavy workload and the crowded attacking corps at Napoli. Callejon is reportedly looking to move on after the club missed out on a Champions League spot and has been heavily linked with Liverpool in recent times.

Callejon scored for the second consecutive week as Napoli defeated Cagliari 3-0.

Napoli appears to be on its way to winning the Europa League. Coach Rafael Benitez has six outstanding options for his three-man attacking midfield setup with Callejon, Marek Hamsik, Dries Mertens, Manolo Gabbiadini, Lorenzo Insigne and Jonathan De Guzman.

Callejon scored for the first time in three months as Napoli defeated Fiorentina 3-0 Sunday.

Napoli is very deep in the attacking midfield with a number of options behind Gonzalo Higuain. Thus, many players have had a chance to contribute.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Callejon took two shots, but neither were on goal, as he failed to score for the sixth consecutive game Saturday against Palermo.

Callejon's nine league goals this season has him in a tie for sixth, but he hasn't found the back of the net since Jan. 6 against Cesena, and hadn't scored in a league match before that since Nov. 1 against Roma. Given the struggles, he is a very speculative fantasy play at this point, though he showed earlier this season that he can score in bunches, netting seven times in seven matches.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Callejon leads Napoli with eight goals through 16 appearances in Serie A this season.

Callejon continues to illustrate his class in Serie A, as the former Real Madrid player has already notched 23 league goals since arriving in Italy last season. Averaging nearly three shot attempts this term, only Juventus' Carlos Tevez has found the back of the net more often than Callejon in league play thus far.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Callejon scored his league-leading eighth goal during Saturday's win over Roma.

Callejon has been sensational for Napoli this season, netting eight times in 10 games. Additionally, his five shots attempted Saturday marked a season-high for Callejon, who has fueled Napoli's current seven-game unbeaten streak in Serie A.
