Milt Palacio

Palacio was brought in to back up the fragile Alvin Williams last year, and in that capacity he averaged 20 minutes of court time over 59 games when he wasn’t battling his own knee problems. He was reasonably productive (4.4 PPG, 3.1 APG) but Rafer Alston’s return bumps Palacio down the depth chart, and even if Williams misses time with another serious injury there’s no guarantee Jalen Rose wouldn’t take up the slack at the point. Don’t count on much from Palacio.

Palacio lasted a full season for the first time last year, averaging five points, three boards and three assists per game with the Cavs. Unless Alvin Williams gets hurt he won't see a playing time boost with the Raptors though, so don't expect anything more than those numbers.
