RotoWire's Preseason Outlooks

2014-15

There was no outlook written for Frank Williams.

2004-05

At one time, many thought that Williams would be the answer to the Knicks’ point guard problems. The last two years have proven that he is not up to the task of solely running a team and is better suited to providing a spark off the bench. He played fairly well when he was given major minutes early last season but was relegated to the bench once New York acquired Stephon Marbury. In Chicago, he will again be in a battle for minutes as the Bulls are loaded at point guard. He should prevail over Jannero Pargo, Mike Wilks, and Chris Duhon to back up Kirk Hinrich, but his value in fantasy leagues will be minimal due to the reduced numbers he will play.

2003-04

Williams looked lost after returning from a broken wrist in 2002 until finally showing some signs of life very late in the season. He supposedly had a very good summer but will not see much action.
