2024 Fantasy Outlook
Perry moved into a rotational role in the Saints offense beginning in Week 10. When Michael Thomas was injured, Perry played at least 36 snaps in six of eight games. The receiver averaged 2.3 targets per game 1.5 receptions, 0.5 touchdowns while posting between 30-53 yards on six occasions. Even though the Saints may not be a pass-heavy team, the 2022 sixth-round pick could see an expanded role as an outside receiver. It’s possible he sees a breakout while playing across from star receiver Chris Olave. Read Past Outlooks

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Set to step up sans Thomas
With Michael Thomas being placed on injured reserve with a knee injury, Perry is set to step up as a third wide receiver on the Saints' depth chart behind Chris Olave and Rashid Shaheed, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Perry was a healthy scratch over the first seven games of the season and had limited action in Weeks 8 and 9. He saw extended playing time in Week 10 against the Vikings after Thomas went down with a knee injury. Perry took advantage of the opportunity by hauling in two of his four targets for 39 yards, including a 15-yard touchdown reception from Jameis Winston. Perry is currently listed ahead of veteran Keith Kirkwood in the depth chart, and the former will likely see the field in three wideout sets alongside Olave and Shaheed. Perry was taken 195th overall in the 2023 NFL Draft after registering 81 catches for 1,096 yards and 11 touchdowns in his final year at Wake Forest.

2023 Fantasy Outlook
Perry could be one of the hidden gems of the 2023 Draft class. The 6-3 wideout was considered a Day 2 prospect for his fluid athleticism and impressive vertical pass-catching abilities, but he wound up slipping all the way to the 195th pick due to apparent concerns about how his collegiate production in a unique passing offense would translate to the NFL. Perry averaged 15.7 yards per catch and totaled 26 touchdowns across back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons to end his career at Wake Forest. With few proven receivers outside of the team's top trio of Chris Olave, Michael Thomas and Rashid Shaheed, Perry could earn an opportunity to contribute early on in New Orleans.
