Evans (ankle) is nearing his return from a syndesmosis injury, per GM Simon Lloyd. "Evans had the syndesmosis ankle injury, he's progressing very well with his fitness and pending training throughout the week we expect him to go close to being available."

Evans hasn't played since Round 3 and his two-goal performance in Round 2 showed flashes of promise worth monitoring when he returns to the field.

Evans is expected to miss between one and two months while he recovers from an ankle syndesmosis injury, according to GM Simon Lloyd.
ANALYSIS
Evans has only played one time this season and will hope to return by later in May at the earliest or late-June at the latest.

ANALYSIS
Evans was unable to make much of a contribution prior to his departure, logging just a disposal (a kick) to finish with only three fantasy points for the night. It's unclear exactly how long the ankle issue will prevent him from taking the field at this point.
