To undergo season-ending knee surgery
Davis (knee) will undergo season-ending surgery in the coming days, which ends his collegiate career, Brandon Judd of the Deseret News reports.

The senior big man got off to a strong start to the season before suffering a knee injury on Nov. 26. He attempted to play through it up until mid December until BYU's game against Illinois in which he played just three minutes. Head coach Dave Rose told reporters that the Cougars plan to continue to maintain the rotation they've used in Davis' absence, meaning that Yoeli Childs, Braiden Shaw, and Jamal Aytes will all see significant playing time up front.
