Forgoes final two years of college
Froling will forgo his final two seasons of college eligibility after agreeing to a two-year contract Monday with the Adelaide 36ers of the Australian National Basketball League, Sportando reports.
ANALYSIS
The 20-year-old began his collegiate career at SMU in 2016-17, appearing in 10 games before transferring to Marquette for the 2017-18 campaign. He didn't notice much of an uptick in production with the Golden Eagles, averaging just 2.8 points, 3.0 rebounds and 1.0 assist in 12.4 minutes per game over 20 appearances in his lone season in Milwaukee. Rather than testing his luck with another program, Froling will return to his native Australian and get a head start on his professional career.
