ANALYSIS
Nield joined the Cougars program as a walk-on, appearing in 17 games and logging 59 minutes as a sophomore in 2019-20. He'll likely move outside the Division I ranks in pursuit of more playing time and perhaps a scholarship offer. If he does find an opportunity elsewhere in Division I, Nield would likely be forced to sit out the 2020-21 season unless granted a waiver by the NCAA.
