Will fight Sage Northcutt in UFC lightweight bout
Quinones will face off against Sage Northcutt in a lightweight bout at UFC Fight Night on Nov. 11, Brett Okamoto of ESPN reports.

Quinones was defeated by Jared Gordon via TKO (punches) at 4:24 of Round 2 at UFC Fight Night 112 on Sunday in Oklahoma City.
ANALYSIS
Quinones showed flashes of athleticism, but had no answer for the pressure of Gordon. The New Yorker nearly landed a fight-ending flying knee in the first round, but after missing it he didn't throw enough strikes and likely lost the first round. He was taken down twice in the second round and mauled as Gordon was content to throw punches from the half guard. Quinones got up once, but he was exhausted and got wobbled standing. He got taken down again and was too tired and technically inexperienced to defend, leading to the TKO loss. His takedown defense was not great, and his jiu-jitsu from the bottom needs work.

Quinones had his UFC 211 fight scrapped after Jared Gordon fell ill Thursday night, Damon Martin of Fox Sports reports.
