Tuesday's MLB slate begins at 1:05 PM Eastern time and features 16 games, including a Braves-Nationals doubleheader. Both pitchers suggested below rank around the middle of the pack price-wise, leaving plenty of room to select dangerous bats while offering excellent value themselves thanks to favorable matchups.

PITCHER
Chase Anderson, MIL vs. SD ($39): Anderson got off to a slow start this season, but he's righted the ship recently. Over his past eight appearances, Milwaukee's Opening Day starter has a 2.08 ERA and 42:14 K:BB in 43.1 innings. He should have no trouble staying hot at home against a Padres team that averages the second-fewest runs (3.76) and strikes out fourth-most (9.40) per game.
Miles Mikolas, STL at MIA ($43): Mikolas' stellar campaign should continue in this favorable matchup. The righty has been incredibly effective in his return from Japan, posting a 2.75 ERA and 3.26 FIP. His 17.5 percent strikeout rate is nothing to write home about, but scratching out any runs at all will be difficult for the hosts against this ground ball machine. Miami averages just 3.61 runs per game at Marlins Park, which has the league's third-lowest park factor at 0.80.

CATCHER
Francisco Arcia, LAA vs. DET ($11): Arcia's cooled down after an insane start to his major-league career two weeks ago, which featured 10 RBI in his first two games. The left-handed hitting catcher has a great opportunity to get back on track here, though, as Detroit will be sending righty Jacob Turner to the mound after dealing Mike Fiers to the Athletics. Turner has the potential to get shelled in this one, as he was just 2-4 with a 4.01 ERA at Triple-A Toledo this season.
FIRST BASE
Jake Bauers, TB vs. BAL ($22): Bauers continues to rake against righties -- the left-handed slugger's wOBA in that split is .362. Batting third in Tampa Bay's lineup further raises Bauers' value heading into this matchup against Orioles righty Alex Cobb, who has surrendered a .375 wOBA to batters from the left side this season.
SECOND BASE
Devon Travis, TOR vs. BOS ($11): At just $11, Travis is a great low-cost option given the circumstances. His wOBA against left-handed pitching this season is an impressive .361, and that number should rise even further by the time he's through facing Boston starter Drew Pomeranz. Pomeranz has been awful against right-handed hitters, with a .406 wOBA allowed to the 184 he's faced this season.
THIRD BASE
Miguel Andujar, NYY at CWS ($14): White Sox starter Reynaldo Lopez has been brutal recently, with a 6.50 ERA and 6.42 FIP in 45.2 innings over his past eight starts. Lopez has actually struggled in righty-on-righty matchups more than against lefties this season, allowing a .337 wOBA in the former split and a .320 mark in the latter. Andujar's .350 wOBA against righties has the right-handed slugger in position to capitalize on Lopez's struggles.
SHORTSTOP
Jose Peraza, CIN at NYM ($20): Peraza's primed for success out of the leadoff spot against Mets southpaw Jason Vargas. Right-handed hitters have a .417 wOBA against Vargas this season, and Peraza's also a threat to add value with his legs given that he's three steals shy of reaching 20 for the third consecutive campaign.
OUTFIELD
Lorenzo Cain, MIL vs. SD ($15): Cain's in the midst of a fantastic campaign against left-handed pitching, with a .428 wOBA through 84 at-bats. Look for him to keep rolling against Padres southpaw Clayton Richard, who has allowed a .356 wOBA to the 251 right-handed batters he's faced on the road this season.
Avisail Garcia, CWS vs. NYY ($17): Garcia loves to face left-handed pitching, as evidenced by his .434 wOBA in that split last season and his .408 mark this year. The Yankees will have a particularly vulnerable lefty on the mound here in 38-year-old CC Sabathia, who has a 5.67 road FIP this season and has been shelled for 13 earned runs while walking 11 batters in 18.1 innings over his last four starts.
Mitch Haniger, SEA at TEX ($15): Haniger's .353 wOBA in righty-on-righty matchups is actually better than his .341 mark against lefties. He won't get a more perfect opportunity to do damage against a right-hander than this matchup with Bartolo Colon at Globe Life Park in Arlington. Colon has allowed a .359 wOBA to right-handed hitters this season, and he's 0-5 with a 6.46 ERA and 1.47 WHIP over his past five starts. Meanwhile, the Texas-based venue leads the league in both park factor (1.38) and home run park factor (1.39).
