PITCHER
Jacob deGrom, NYM vs. SD ($41): DeGrom hasn't been his usual dominant self this season, as he's giving up more runs than we are used to, but with a 12.2 K/9 rate he's still producing plenty of fantasy points. He's coming off what might be his best start of the season against the Angels where he tossed seven scoreless and struck out nine, so he might be finding his best form heading into the matchup with the Padres. He might not need to be on top of his game to post a good score against the Padres as they bring in the second worst K rate against righties this season.
Robbie Ray, AZ at MIL ($41): The Milwaukee Brewers have cooled as a whole since their incredibly hot start and while I wouldn't start just anyone against them, Ray looks like a good option in this spot. The Brewers haven't had a great offensive performance since May 14 against the Mets, so it would seem that they are vulnerable. Ray's troubles have mostly come at home this season and he's coming off a very clean start against the Padres where he went six scoreless and struck out six. Ray's 11.0 K/9 rate also fits in nicely with Milwaukee's K rate against lefties, which is second worst in the majors.

CATCHER
Alex Avila, DET at HOU ($14): It's time again to play, "Which opposing player will hit a home run off Mike Fiers?" Fiers has allowed 17 home runs in 42 innings this season, which equates to roughly two per start. It's never a matter of if he'll allow some dingers, it's just a matter of which opposing players are most likely to take advantage. Avila continues to rake against right-handed pitching and he seems as likely as anyone to get to Fiers. Avila enters with a .496 wOBA against righties this season, which is second in the majors.
FIRST BASE
Edwin Encarnacion, CLE vs. CIN ($16): It took a while for Encarnacion to get accustomed to his new digs, but it sure looks like he's getting comfortable. Encarnacion posted a monster game Tuesday when he smashed two home runs on his way to 27.6 fantasy points. He gets a good matchup against Tim Adleman, who brings a 6.19 ERA into this game. The Indians might be the best stacking option on this slate and Encarnacion is at the top of that stack.
SECOND BASE
Adam Frazier, PIT at ATL ($17): I'm always a little leery about taking a guy off a huge game and Frazier certainly had a huge game last night, but he's been on a nice roll for a while now and he gets a nice matchup against Bartolo Colon, so I'm a little more comfortable with taking Frazier again. Frazier has 18 hits in his past eight games and six walks in his past three games. He's becoming a very efficient leadoff man in the Pirates lineup. Colon has managed to get through his past couple starts without much damage, but my guess is he'll regress back to his early season form soon.
THIRD BASE
Jake Lamb, AZ at MIL ($22): How locked in is Lamb right now? He hit a home run off a lefty in yesterday's 8-6 victory over the White Sox. He also homered the night before and now has 13 home runs on the season. Lamb will face righty Zach Davies, who brings a 5.44 ERA into this matchup. The ERA is irrelevant though as all that matters is that Davies is a righty. Lamb has a .455 wOBA against righties this season, which is good for 10th in the majors.
SHORTSTOP
Corey Seager, LAD vs. STL ($20): There aren't many, if any, good shortstop options on this slate, but Seager looks like he has a shot at a big game. It has little to do with the opposing pitcher as Michael Wacha has been pretty solid this season. Seager, though, has a .394 wOBA against righties this season, so anytime he faces a righty, he has a shot at a big game. Throw in that it's a home game and that the Dodgers as a whole hit better at home and you have the makings of a good pick.
OUTFIELD
Michael Conforto, NYM vs. SD ($22): The Padres send Dinelson Lamet to the mound today and while we don't know how he'll perform at the major-league level, we do know that he wasn't all that great at the minor-league level. With that in mind, I'm not sure about a Mets stack, but I certainly want a piece of Conforto. Conforto has averaged 16.5 fantasy points per game over his past six games. Conforto has also hit righties well this season, with a .460 wOBA, which is good for sixth in the majors.
J.D. Martinez, DET at HOU ($23): As Miguel Cabrera slowly declines, it's Martinez who is taking over as the main power source in the Tiger lineup. Martinez started the season on the DL, but since his return, he's smashed six home runs in just 11 games, often times recording multi-homer games. A matchup against Fiers gives Martinez a good opportunity to record another multi-homer game.
Michael Brantley, CLE vs CIN ($20): The potential Indians stack is a bit of a speculative one as they haven't been producing at a very high level lately, but with the Indians, it's only a matter of time before they break out. With Adleman on the mound for the Reds, this looks like the perfect spot to flex. Brantley has hit safely in his past eight games and he has the best wOBA against righties among the Indians.
