2013 Fantasy Outlook
Arndt is expected to slide into the starter's spot at QB following the graduation of Shaun Rutherford. Arndt saw action in five games last season, throwing for 208 yards, one touchdown, and three interceptions. He looked sharp in the team's spring game with two touchdowns and will be leading the Bobcats as they join the Sun Belt conference in 2013 under coach Dennis Franchione. Arndt generally doesn't look like a great fantasy investment, however.

Arndt was praised for his aggressiveness in practice by coach Dennis Franchione, Texas State Sports reports. The coach also noted, "I think Tyler’s played pretty well so far. He threw one bad ball today that he wished he’d have back, but down in-down out, he’s pretty consistent."
