Heads to JuCo ranks
Taylor confirmed Tuesday that he would transfer to Iowa Central Community College for the 2019 season, Aaron McCann of MLive.com reports.
ANALYSIS
A three-star recruit from the Class of 2017, Taylor redshirted during his inaugural season at Michigan and didn't appear in any games for the Wolverines in 2018. Even with Michigan losing Karan Higdon to graduation, Taylor apparently wasn't confident with how his future looked in the team's backfield, so he'll look to impress in the JuCo ranks before presumably resurfacing at the FBS level in 2020. He'll have two seasons of eligibility remaining at that point.
