Sidelined for four weeks
WRSan Diego State
Hand
September 27, 2019
Kothe broke his left hand in last Saturday's game against Utah State and is expected to be out for approximately four weeks, Kirk Kenney of The San Diego Tribune reports.
ANALYSIS
Kothe had been having a nice season prior to the injury as he has recorded 10 catches for 95 yards through four games thus far. The sophomore receiver is able to practice in a limited capacity with a club around his hand for protection but won't be able to catch a ball for around four weeks. Kothe can play on special teams with the club on his hand and is expected to contribute for the Aztecs in that way until he's able to return to the offense.
