2019 Fantasy Outlook
Brown is the leading returning wide receiver for the Monarchs. He had nine catches for 110 yards in 2018. So yeah, Old Dominion just lost A LOT of their passing game, and that doesn't include Jeremy Cox, who had 24 receptions as a running back. Also, starting quarterback Blake LaRussa has graduated. This offense has completely changed, and there will be potential for Brown to step up if he's ready to take it. We just have no idea whether or not he is ready to step up. So far, we've seen no proof that he is.
