Mobley announced Tuesday via his personal Twitter account that he has committed to Minnesota, joining the program as a graduate transfer from Temple.

He'll be joining the Golden Gophers as a preferred walk-on in 2021 while retaining two years of eligibility. During his time at Temple, the placekicker converted 26 of 35 field-goal attempts and 99 of 105 extra-point tries. Mobley will compete with Michael Lantz, Brock Walker and Kent State graduate transfer Matthew Trickett for the top spot on Minnesota's depth chart.
