Ivan Nepriayev

Nepryayev has played the last three seasons in the KHL and at 29 may not ever get a shot at playing in North America. He really does not have that amazing talent to make the leap, so it seems like he will most likely stay in Russia.

Nepryayev has spent his time overseas and is yet another Russian within this system. At age 28 his window is closing on getting his shot to play in the NHL and doubt he ever will.

Nepryayev played his seventh consecutive year in the Russian SuperLeague, and at 25 doesn't look like he'll make it to North America any time soon.

Despite the fact that the Caps hold Nepryayev's rights, he'll play his seventh consecutive season with Yaroslavl Lokomotiv in the Russian SuperLeague this season.

Nepryayev will remain in Russia playing for Yaroslavl Lokomotiv in 2005-06.
