The Ducks acquired Hillier and Aaron Voros from the Rangers on Friday in exchange for Steve Eminger, the Ducks official website reports.

ANALYSIS
Hillier is just 22 years old, but he only scored seven points in 26 games in the minors last season. The smallish winger, a former third-rounder, will likely open next season in the minors again.
