Dier has reportedly achieved all the contractual obligations required to turn his Bayern Munich loan move from Tottenham into a permanent transfer at the end of the season, according to The Athletic.

The loan move had some clauses to be met, and now that Dier has reached them all, it wouldn't be surprising if Bayern sign him to a permanent deal.
